Package shipment timely, materials undamaged, extra screws helpful. Used a drill and provided long screws to attach the backboard to the studs in the wall (no wall anchors needed). Setup was easy, a level is critical. Fine product, great appearance. No complaints or problems.

While the item is beautiful hardwood and very well made the color is completely off. The description says walnut. This piece is stained red oak, which is completely different and now does not match well with my other furniture. I would be happy with lighter or darker walnut, but this doesn't even come close to the color that was advertised. Very sad about this purchase. This item was delivered by Fedex and basically dropped off at my garage door. I only knew it had been delivered when I almost ran over it with my car. The box arrived intact though and was very well packaged.

Looks like a beautiful piece, but have not been able to hang it because it appears to have been dropped in transit. One corner is damaged in the front. Will follow up to have a return and replacement done. Delivery took 5 weeks, so dissappointing I will have to wait for another. Will follow up once I receive a new one.
